What Is This Charge? Cam Site Billing Names Explained
Cam sites almost never print their own name on your bank statement. That protects your privacy, but it can make a genuine charge look strange. This page helps you match the name to the site.

Stripchat's list comes from its own help centre (September 2026). The others come from each site's checkout notices and published billing research, September to October 2026. Banks sometimes add a prefix, so look for the name inside the line.
Why the Site's Name Isn't There
Adult sites use specialist payment companies, and those companies bill under their own names. Chaturbate's checkout says so directly: charges "discreetly appear" under its billing domain. Stripchat's help centre says the same about its eight possible names. It's deliberate, and it's normal.
Was It You? Four Calm Checks
- Match the amount. Token packs and memberships come in set prices. Chaturbate's Supporter membership, for example, is $19.95 a month.
- Match the date with the last time you bought tokens.
- Look for a repeat. The same amount a month later is usually a membership renewing, or an automatic refill such as Chaturbate's Auto Refill.
- Search your email for the amount rather than the site name. Receipts usually name the billing company.
If It Wasn't You
- Contact the payment company first. Epoch has a "find my purchase" page, Segpay has a consumer portal and ECHST.NET runs a 24-hour lookup. They can usually identify, cancel or refund a charge faster than your bank.
- Then the site's own support, from its real website. Stripchat refunds your most recent unused pack within 30 days if you paid by card or PayPal. CamSoda's terms give 30 days to raise a billing error.
- Then your bank, if neither helps. A chargeback can take weeks and may close the site account.
Stopping Repeat Charges
