To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Apollo Investments LLC and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss that arises from your use of the Site or of any third-party website linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Investments LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. The law that applies
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Pulaski County, Arkansas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, that means you accept it.
